light brick workout today.....75min indoor spin with an evening run of 30 mins. my damn calves keep cramping up near the end of my runs.......its a creeping pain that centres itself deep into my calves, probably the soleus muscle and get s worse as i climb up onto my toes. made an appointment to see john "hands" carson, my good buddy and top notch massage/pyschologist to get me thru this peroid of hurt. i want to be pain free, and i know that it is not a serious problem, just keeps flaring up now and then.
i saw this pic above and thought how awesome that is......
